JOINING
Joining The WIGs couldn't be easier. Our Treasurer can be found sitting at the table near the entrance at our Monthly Meetings. All you need to do is complete a short form and pay the membership fee (by cash or card). Online payments are also available. Email thewigs@live.co.uk for more information.

FREE MONTHLY MEETINGS
As a member you can attend as many of the twelve monthly meetings as you wish for free.

All sub groups, with the exception of Sunday Social, are available to members-only.

WI LIFE
All WI members receive a copy of WI Life magazine, mailed to their homes. There are 10 issues per year.
Membership (2023) costs £46.00 for the year April-April, which also includes a subscription to WI Life, the WI magazine.

Membership also entitles you to attend all the subgroups if you wish (guests and non-members are not permitted to attend subgroups). Some subgroups charge a small amount to cover costs; more details can be found on the Events page.

Members can also have dual membership with other WI groups. Should you wish to join us as your secondary WI, the membership fee is £21.60. There is no pro-rata rate for this if you join during the year.

Non-members and visitors may attend monthly meetings for a recommended donation of £5.00 per meeting (payable on the door). There is no limit to the number of monthly meetings you may attend as a visitor. Non-members are unable to participate in subgroups or receive the WI Life or Essex News magazines.
